Single Cards

Standard Lettermail Shipping
If you selected standard (untracked) lettermail shipping, please allow up to 3 weeks from the ship date before requesting a refund, as delivery times may vary.

Tracked Shipping
If you chose a tracked shipping method and your order is lost in transit, you are eligible for a refund.

Refund Amounts

  • Refunds are issued as 80% cash back or 100% store credit.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund on singles, cards must be returned in the same condition they were received.


Sealed Products

Due to the nature of the hobby, all sealed products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.


General Return Guidelines

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at CritHitCompany@gmail.com with your order number and details.
  • Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Additional Policies

Bot or Automated Purchases
Orders placed using automated purchasing systems (bots) will incur a non-negotiable 10% fee on cancellations and refunds.

Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is refused or returned to us, a refund will be issued only after the item is received back.
Refunds in these cases will be reduced by a 10% restocking fee, the original shipping cost, and any return or cross-border fees incurred.

International Orders

  • U.S. customers may be charged tariffs, duties, or taxes upon delivery.
  • Orders shipped outside of Canada and the U.S. that are unclaimed, refused, or not delivered due to unpaid duties will be discarded by the carrier, and no refund will be issued.
  • Any fees incurred for returned packages (such as customs, carrier, or cross-border return fees) will be deducted from the refund.
